Under the direction of Information Services, the Technology Services Center (TSC) is staffed full-time by the Technology Services Supervisor, and employs a number of part-time Student Technology Assistants (STA’s). Computer hardware support is provided by a local authorized service provider or our technical staff. If you are experiencing a software problem, our staff will do their best to repair the problem. If the software problem cannot be resolved quickly, the option of re-imaging the computer to its original configuration will be offered.  In some instances, a replacement unit or temporary loaner may be assigned. Our staff works and collaborates closely with the Student Notebook Coordinator, and other Information Services staff to provide the campus with its overall technology needs.

Some services available only when full-time staff is present.
We provide support for college-issued computers only.
